Cash on Delivery for eligible standard orders.
Advance payment is required for all customized jewelry orders.
Customized jewelry production begins after the required advance payment is received.
6. Customized Jewelry
Customized and personalized jewelry is made according to the customer's requirements. Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
7. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services. Minosh Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
Minosh Jewels does not accept returns on delivered products.
Customized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
