2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible standard orders within Pakistan.
3. Do customized jewelry orders require advance payment?
Yes. All customized and personalized jewelry orders require advance payment before production begins.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Orders are shipped through Leopard Courier and PostEx across Pakistan.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered products. Customized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution if the issue is verified.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Standard orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Customized jewelry orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
8. How can I place a customized jewelry order?
Contact us with your design or personalization requirements. Once the advance payment is received, we will begin creating your customized jewelry.
