Returns
We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.
Customized Jewelry
All customized and personalized jewelry is made specifically for your order. Advance payment is required for customized jewelry, and these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for delivered orders. If your order cannot be fulfilled by Minosh Jewels for any reason, any eligible advance payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution if the issue is verified.
Order Cancellation
Standard orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Customized jewelry orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
